The new Lowe’s call center consisted of renovations and additions of a two-story, 140,000 sf existing building, with associated site work including mill and overlay of an existing parking lot and an additional three-acre parking lot. The new call/contact center houses 1,650 employees. Renovations included complete infrastructure replacements of architectural, electrical, HVAC, sprinkler, plumbing and roofing systems. 30,000 sf of the existing warehouse space was renovated to include a mezzanine to incorporate a second floor in this area. Along with the open cubicle space, there are multiple offices, training, interview, and break rooms, as wel as a full service kitchen and serving area. Also included is a 3,400 sf Take Care Health Center for employees. SIS was responsible for amenities such as multi-level axiom ceilings with a river theme on the 1st floor and a major intersection street theme on the second floor per the city location of the building, full height glass walls and doors, graphic image wall covering, multi pallet carpet tiles, Italian tiles in restrooms and break rooms, premium color core on all millwork, premium lighting, with additional high-end finishes.
